Client: Conestoga Cliff Project, Lancaster, PA
Market: Residential Custom Design/Build
This design/built 100% unique custom home is set on the edge of a cliff overlooking the beautiful Conestoga River. The front porch is highlighted by stained beams, posts, and porch ceiling that are all low maintenance composite materials, and the front entrance boasts a stunning 6’ wide x 8’ tall Provia stained entry door. Upon entering the home the first thing you see is the 20’ wide floor to ceiling window feature in the cantilevered sunroom suspended out over the cliff providing a panoramic view of the Conestoga River.
The ceilings in the main living area are 12’ with a reverse vaulted ceiling up to the 15’ high transom windows above the front door & stone pillars.
The primary suite has all the amenities including a large walk-in tile shower and a W.I.C. with a beautiful fit-out.
Gorgeous 9’ to 11’ tall custom cabinetry and upgraded trim work throughout the house. This custom home also boasts an amazing 20’x9’ coffered ceiling with lighting, LVP flooring, carpet, countertops, window treatments, and the amazing tile work throughout the entire house.
